Quotes, scheduling, and property access

Website pricing and descriptions are general and may change. A service is not confirmed until we accept the request. You are responsible for accurate property details, safe access, unlocked gates when required, and securing animals away from work areas. We may reschedule or decline unsafe or inaccessible work.

Seasonal and weather-dependent services

Leaf and snow service timing depends on weather, accumulation, municipal operations, road safety, and route conditions. Estimated arrival windows are not guarantees.

Payments and recurring plans

Stripe processes card payments. If you choose a recurring plan, you authorize charges at the disclosed price and frequency until cancellation. Taxes or approved extra charges may apply. You may cancel future renewals by contacting us before the next billing date; amounts already earned or work already performed are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.

Service concerns

Please report a missed or incomplete service promptly so we can review and, when appropriate, arrange a reasonable correction. Results may vary with yard conditions, hidden waste or debris, continuing snowfall, wind, refreezing, and events after we leave.

Acceptable website use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive information, or copy site content for commercial use without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeafRemovalNJ LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
